PARIS, France - During the summer break, head men's and women's tennis coach John Ciarleglio is in Paris attending the French Open.

From Coach Ciarleglio:

I just spent two days at the French Open, the last of the four grand slams that I've attended. The weather has been great, the people very nice and the tennis fantastic! The atmosphere is a bit more relaxed compared to the U.S. Open and certainly not as staid as Wimbledon or as casual as the Australian Open.

Yesterday we watched the American, Francis Tiafoe, the junior wild card entry. We also watched Sharapova, Gilles Simon and Andy Murray. Today we're starting with Ferrer vs Lacko and will be going to see Querrey and Johnson in men's doubles and Eugenie Bouchard in her 1st round singles match.
