WESTON, Mass. - The Regis College women's tennis team has earned the top spot in the upcoming New England Collegiate Conference Tournament and will host Becker College at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.

The top-seeded Pride will try and capture its second-straight NECC Championship this week after posting a perfect 8-0 record in conference play during the regular season. Regis defeated Becker in both matches this season by scores of 9-0 on September 14, and 8-1 on October 1.

In the other NECC Semifinal matchup, No. 2 seed Bay Path College will host Lesley University in a 3:30 p.m. match on Wednesday afternoon. The Wildcats handed the Lynx matching 7-2 setbacks this season.

The semifinal winners will meet at the highest remaining seed on Saturday, October 19th. Game times are tenative. Teams are seeded on based on predetermined tiebreakers.
