HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The Regis College women's tennis team wrapped up its trip to Hilton Head, S.C. with an 8-1 setback to Wittenberg University. The Pride (13-4) return to action on March 25 with a 4:30 p.m. matchup against Assumption.

Abigail Wehr (Suwanee, Ga.) picked up a 6-4, 6-3 win at No. 1 singles for the Pride's lone point for the day. Wittenberg's Kaitlin Payne defeated Caroline Roche (Hanover, Mass.) by a score of 7-5, 6-1.

Doubles play was all Wittenberg as the Tigers used matching set scores of 8-3 at No. 1 doubles and No. 2 doubles, while adding an 8-2 win at No. 3 doubles.
