Taylor Smith joins the Regis College women's soccer staff for the first year in 2014. Smith joins the Pride after a four year career at NECC foe Lesley University. In addition to her coaching duties, Taylor will serve as the Assistant Equipment Manager.

While at Lesley, Smith helped lead the Lynx to four-straight NECC Championship games, including back-to-back NECC Championships and NCAA Tournament bids in 2013 and 2014. She appeared in 79 games, registering two goals and two assists in her four years in Cambridge. Smith was named to the All-NECC First Team in 2012, All-NECC Honorable Mention team in 2013, and was named to the All-Tournament Team in 2011.

Smith held several internships while at Lesley, most recently working at WGBH in Boston, MA as a Corporate Sponsorship Marketing and Communications Intern. She also worked at Velocity Sports Performance in Elmsford, NY as an Athletic Training Intern, and worked at Harvard University as an Athletics Events and Operations intern.
