On Friday, Jan. 13, Zanardi collected another regional honor as she was voted All-New England Third Team by the New England Women's Intercollegiate Soccer Association (NEWISA).

Zanardi, previously named First Team All-Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC), started all 18 matches for the Pride during the 2022 season as the team posted a 10-6-2 overall record. Regis collected the most conference victories in program history with a 9-3-1 league mark and qualified for the GNAC Tournament for the fourth consecutive time, finishing in a tie for fourth place in the league standings.

Zanardi, one of the team captains this past season, led the Pride defense as it notched eight shutouts in 2022 and compiled a 1.00 goals against average. She also earned the first two points of her collegiate career with assists against Colby-Sawyer Oct. 1 and at Saint Joseph's College Oct. 22.

Over the past two seasons, Zanardi was in the starting lineup for all 34 Regis contests, staying on the field for the entirety of the Pride's final 11 matches of the 2021 season (1030 consecutive minutes) as well as in 14 of the team's 18 contests in 2022, including the last nine matches in a row.

Zanardi, majoring in therapeutic recreation with a minor in psychology, is also one of the team's top performers academically, receiving Academic All-GNAC recognition twice as well as College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® honors. She contributed to the women's soccer team's high GPA on its way to the Judith W. Burling Team Award for Academic Excellence in both 2019-20 and 2020-21.
