WESTON, Mass. – The Regis College women's soccer team has been named the No. 7 seed in the upcoming New England Collegiate Conference Women's Soccer Tournament and will travel to No. 2 seeded Elms College on Tuesday evening at 6:00 p.m.

The Pride finished the 2015 campaign with a 5-11-2 overall mark and a 3-5-1 conference record. Regis will have a tough time on the road as they went 1-7-1 away from Regis Stadium this season.

Elms enters the tournament with great momentum as they are currently on a seven match winning streak. The Blazers wrapped up their season with a 14-3-1 mark and an 8-1 record in NECC play. Elms' only conference loss came against No. 1 seed Lesley University on Saturday, September 26th.

Regis and Elms met this past Saturday with the Blazers earning the 2-0 victory. Rachel Gagnon (Ashford, Conn.) made nine saves in the setback.

No. 3 Southern Vermont will host No. 6 seed Newbury on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. while No. 4 Becker will welcome No. 5 Mitchell to campus at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

The NECC Championship game will be held on Saturday, November 7th at the highest remaining seed.
