WOMEN'S SOCCER SCHEDULE RELEASED

WESTON, Mass. - First year head coach Alex Petrie is proud to announce the 2015 schedule for the Regis College women's soccer team. This year's schedule will include nine non-conference opponents and nine home matches to be played in Weston. The program is hoping to build upon their 11-6-2 record and looking for their fifth straight New England Collegiate Conference Tournament appearance.

Regis opens up their 2015 campaign with two straight home matches. On September 1st, the Pride welcomes MCLA to Weston for their home opener at 1:00 p.m. A few days later, the Crimson and Gold returns to action on September 5th against Mount Ida at 1:00 p.m.

Five days after their date with the Mustangs, the Pride head out for their first road trip of the season. On Thursday September 10th, they head out right down the road to Brandeis for a 4:00 p.m. contest with the #25 Judges. Two days later, the squad heads west down route nine for a 7:00 p.m. non-conference showdown with Framingham State.

The Crimson and Gold return home for two consecutive home games at Regis Stadium. On Thursday September 17th, Suffolk comes down from Boston to square off versus the Pride at 4:30 p.m. Two days later, the Anna Maria AMCATS head to Weston for a 1:30 p.m. showdown with the Pride.

The Pride play two of the final three games of September on the road, starting on Wednesday, September 23rd, when the team travels to St. Joseph College in Connecticut for a 4:30 p.m. contest against the Blue Jays. Three days later, the Pride return home for their first NECC conference game of the season against Bay Path at 1:30 p.m. On September 29th, the team wraps up the month of September with an away game at Rhode Island College with kick off slated for 6:00 p.m.

Beginning in October, Regis will face NECC conference opponents in eight of their nine matches starting on October 3rd with a 1:00 p.m. match against Mitchell College. The Crimson and Gold remain home in Weston as the team wraps up their non-conference schedule versus Emerson on Tuesday, October 6th at 6:30 p.m. After a four day break, the Pride travel to Daniel Webster on October 10th for a 1:00 p.m. contest against the Eagles. Two days after their conference date with Daniel Webster, Regis returns to Weston for a contest with NECC power house Lesley on October 12th at 1:00 p.m.

Regis' ends their schedule with four of five games away from campus. On October 17th, the women head out to Leicester, Mass. for a meeting with the Becker Hawks at noon. The Pride return home for their Senior Day celebration against Wheelock on Tuesday October, 20th at 4:00 p.m.

The Pride's final three contests are on the road as they head up to Bennington, Vt. for a contest against Southern Vermont on October 24th at 1:00 p.m. Regis squares off against Newbury on October 28th and three days later wrap up their season on Halloween at Elms with kick off set for 1:30 p.m.
