JOSEPH NAMED NECC PLAYER OF THE WEEK

WESTON, Mass. – Regis College senior Adena Joseph (Stoughton, Mass.) has been named the New England Collegiate Conference Player of the Week in Women's soccer; it was announced on Monday morning.

Joseph scored a goal and added an assist this past week during two starts. During the 2-2 tie against Emerson, Joseph scored her first goal of the season that found the right side of the net. In a 1-0 NECC win over Mitchell, Joseph crossed a ball to Joana Rosa who put it in the back of the net. The three points were Joseph's first of the season.

Joseph currently ranks second in program history with 24 goals and 57 points and needs four more goals and 10 more points to move past program leader Jen Oteri.

The Pride continue their conference schedule with an away game against defending conference champion Lesley University at Regis College on Saturday, October 18th with game-time slated for 1:30 p.m.
