Lesley (16-2-2) grabs the conference's automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament beginning this week. Regis falls to 11-3-3 and awaits word on a possible postseason bid.
The Lynx outshot the Pride at a 19-1 clip for the game and held a 6-1 advantage in corner kicks for the game.
Michelle Sirois (Easton, Mass.) took the lone shot attempt of the day for the Pride in the 44th minute of the opening half, but her attempt sailed high of the mark as the teams entered the break tied at 0-0.
Rachel Gagnon (Ashford, Conn.) made all 10 of her saves leading into the 88th minute until Veronica Halen crossed the ball from the right side into the box where Hannah Landerholm headed the ball into the back of the net to give Lesley the late 1-0 lead.
Regis could not muster any offense over the final 1:49 of action as time ran out on the Pride.
The Pride placed four members of its squad on the All-Tournament Team in Jasmin Vivar (Attleboro, Mass.), Devinne Aquadro (Sturbridge, Mass.), Shannon Simonelli (Providence, R.I.) and Gagnon.
