Weston, Mass.---The Regis College Athletic Department is proud to announce Michelle Sirois (Easton, Mass. /Oliver Ames) of the women's soccer team player of the week.  Sirois powered the Pride's offense last week recording two goals versus Newbury, and a critical late game goal against Anna Maria College to lead the Pride to a 1-1 tie.  Sirois currently leads the team in goals on the season tallying five goals in 14 games.

Sirois is a newcomer for the Pride, making a strong contribution in her first season as a Regis College student-athlete. Sirois is one goal shy of being in The Commonwealth Coast Conference top 10 goal scorers for the season.  A strong performance this week could propel Sirois into the top 10 conference standings. The Pride still has five conference games left on the season providing Sirois a wealth of opportunities to reach this feat.
