The Pride took control of the second set with a 7-2 scoring run, capped by kills from Perez and Chris Huynh (Methuen, Mass.), to open a 12-7 advantage. Later in the set, Lezon and Soltis earned a kill each and combined on a block to tie the set at 20-20. Regis quickly rallied back, scoring the final three points of the set thanks in part to kills by Buanne and Perez.

Regis opened a 5-2 lead early in the third set and eventually held an 11-7 advantage before Rivier put together a 10-3 scoring run to pull ahead, 17-14. The Pride pulled to within one point at 19-18 on kills by Perez and Huynh before the Raiders closed out the third set with a 6-1 scoring run, capped by consecutive kills from Jordan Bou.

The Raiders rattled off five unanswered points early in the fourth set, including two kills by Isaac Borges, before a block by Buanne and Orlando Plagata (Los Angeles, Calif.) brought the Pride within one at 8-7. Rivier quickly responded with a 7-2 scoring run to take control of the set, closing out the set and the match on a block by Ly and Peace.
