WESTON, Mass. – Freshman outside hitter Sean Bisnett (Oxnard, Calif.) of the Regis College men's volleyball team has been named this week's New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Rookie of the Week, it was announced on Monday morning. Bisnett helped the Pride capture their second win of the season last week, a 3-1 victory over Mount Ida on Wednesday.

Bisnett registered 10 kills, 10 digs, one service ace, and a pair of block assists in the win over the Mustangs. Through five matches this season, Bisnett is averaging 2.72 kills, .11 assists, .22 blocks, .11 service aces, and 1.67 digs per set while maintaining a .312 hitting percentage.

Bisnett and the rest of the Pride (2-3, 0-1 NECC) will return to the court on Wednesday when they host Elms College at 7 p.m.
