Outdoor: At GNAC Championships, finished 14th in 200 meter dash in 26.68 seconds and 15th in 100 meter dash preliminaries in 12.33 seconds ... At Regis Pre-Conference Meet, finished 10th in 200 meter dash in 27.19 seconds.

2021-22:
Indoor: At GNAC Indoor Championships, finished 16th in the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:00.83 ... Also participated in the distance medley relay, helping team finish fourth with an overall time of 13:37.52.
Outdoor: At Wellesley Invitational, finished third in the 400 meter dash in 1:00.33 ... Competed in 4x400 meter relay at GNAC Outdoor Championships, helping team finish fifth with an overall time of 3:58.75.

O'Neal competed in cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field, and soccer at the Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy in Hartford, Conn. 

Personal:
O'Neal's parents are Darlene and Ardell O'Neal. He has a brother named Ben also on the Regis College cross country and track & field teams, plus he has two other brothers named Austin and Wayne. Jacob, Ben, and Austin (competing for Husson) are triplets. Graduated with bachelor's degree in education.
