Outdoor: At GNAC Championships, finished 10th in 400 meter dash with time of 1:03.31 ... At Regis Pre-Conference Meet, finished seventh in 400 meter dash in 1:02.32.

2021-22
Indoor: At GNAC Indoor Championships, participated in the distance medley relay, helping team finish fourth with an overall time of 13:37.52 ... Also competed in 400 meter dash.
Outdoor: At GNAC Outdoor Championships, finished eighth in 400 meter dash with time of 1:01.38 ... Also helped 4x400 meter relay team to fifth place finish with an overall time of 3:58.75 ... Finished fifth in 400 meter dash at Regis Pre-Conference Meet with time of 1:02.50.

2019-20:
Indoor: Competed in seven meets ... Posted season-best time of 58.08 seconds in 400 meter dash at GNAC Indoor Championships (2/16) ... Ran season-best 27.04 seconds in 200 meter dash at Panther Invitational (2/8) ... Completed 800 meter run in season-best time of 2:20.61 at Springfield College (1/25).

Prep:
Competed in cross country and track & field at Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy (HMTCA). Was captain of both cross country and track & field teams in his junior (2017-18) and senior (2018-19) seasons. 

Personal:
O'Neal's parents are Darlene and Ardell O'Neal. His brother Jacob is also on the Regis College cross country and track & field teams, plus he has two other brothers named Austin and Wayne. Ben, Jacob, and Austin (competing for Husson) are triplets. Graduated with bachelor's degree in criminal justice.
