WESTON, Mass. – Regis College sophomore Chris Harrow (North Reading, Mass.) has been named this week's New England Collegiate Conference men's tennis Player of the Week, while teammate Luke Horton (Bass Harbor, Maine) has been named the Rookie of the Week, it was announced Monday afternoon.

Harrow earned two wins for the Crimson and Gold in their 9-0 opening NECC match against Mitchell on Tuesday night. The sophomore paired with teammate Luke Horton at no. 1 doubles and took a 8-1 decision. Harrow continued his success at no. 1 singles with a 6-2, 6-1 victory.

Horton earned two victories against Mitchell on Tuesday evening. The freshman paired with Harrow and took a 8-1 decision at no. 1 doubles. During singles play from the no.2 spot, Horton impressed with a 6-3, 6-3 win.

Regis returns to the courts tomorrow against Springfield at 4:00 p.m.
