WESTON, Mass. – Senior Jeff Parrish (Framingham, Mass.) of the Regis College men's tennis team has been named the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Player of the Week. Parrish helped lead the Pride to a pair of conference wins over the past week to help them stay perfect in league play.

He picked up a 6-2, 6-0 win at third singles and teamed up with classmate Andy White (Bozeman, Mont.) for an 8-0 win at second doubles as part of a 9-0 win over Lesley last Monday. On Wednesday, Parrish had a come from behind, 3-6, 6-3, 10-5 win at No. 6 singles in the Pride's 8-1 victory over Newbury that officially wrapped up the top overall seed for Regis in the NECC Tournament for the second consecutive season.

Looking for their second straight NECC Title, Parrish and the rest of the Pride (13-5, 10-0 NECC) will host Becker College in the NECC Semifinals on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
