As a sophomore:
Sophorn competed in eight singles matches, improving from the fifth seed to the second.  He also played eleven games, primarily in the first and second doubles spot.  He had one doubles win with teammate Daniel Berdichevsky.

As a freshman:
Joining the team in its inaugural year as a varsity sport, Sophorn has appeared in 11 single matches and 11 doubles matches in his freshman year. He primarily competed in the second seed in singles.

Personal:
Sophorn likes to drive, play games, and play tennis...his life goals are to become a business man...his favorite sports team are the Celtics...he is a Management/Leadership major...has three siblings Sophea, Sotheevra, and Sreyleak.
