WESTON, Mass. – Regis College freshman Chandler Neiswanger (Roy, Utah) has been named the New England Collegiate Conference Rookie of the Week in Men's Soccer; it was announced on Monday morning.

Neiswanger scored the game winning goal in the Pride's 3-2 victory over Mitchell College in the NECC First Round. The rookie scored with less than 30 seconds remaining to help propel the Pride to the NECC Semifinals.

The Pride ended the year with a heartbreaking 2-1 double-overtime loss to Elms College on Friday night. Regis finished the 2014 campaign with a 9-11, 4-3 NECC mark.
