PRIDE FALLS TO AMCATS IN DOUBLE OVERTIME, 1-0

WESTON, Mass.-The Regis College men's soccer team was defeated Friday night at the Amcats Athletic Complex in double overtime by Anna Maria College. Enko Lika (Worcester, Mass.) was able to convert a pass from Cody Moules (Billerica, Mass.) to seal the win in the second overtime period.

The Pride moves to 6-11-1 overall on the season and competed in its second straight double overtime game this week, with an earlier double overtime tie coming against Daniel Webster this past Wednesday.  The Amcats move to 3-15-1 in its final game of the season.

The Pride was led on defense by Andrew LaMacchia (Lynn, Mass.) who finished the game with five saves. The Amcats were led by goalkeeper Mike Dandurand (Warwick, R.I.) who tallied three saves on the game. The Pride's offense was able to generate nine shots on net compared to the Amcats 15.
