She comes to Regis after an impressive collegiate career at Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, N.H., where she played both field hockey and softball for all four years. Baxter ranks third in softball program history with 160 games played, including starting an amazing 158 of those. She set career highs in home runs, grand slams, RBIs and batting average over her final two seasons.

Baxter played both forward and in goal for the 2011 Franklin Pierce field hockey team which produced the highest Northeast-10 Conference finish in program history (third place) and hosted a playoff game in Rindge for the first time ever.

Baxter was also a standout in the classroom during her four-year career as she was named to the Franklin Pierce Athletic Department Honor Roll and the NE-10 Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll from her freshmen to senior seasons. Baxter also garnered a spot on the National Field Hockey Coaches Association's (NFHCA) All-Academic Squad. Baxter was heavily involved in other parts of the Franklin Pierce campus, including serving in student government, holding an electoral position on the psychology club executive board and volunteering to work on the Relay for Life planning committee.

Baxter graduated from Franklin Pierce in May 2012 and received her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology, along with a double minor in Business Administration and Accounting & Finance. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree at Regis College.
