Lily Daly joins the Regis field hockey program as assistant coach starting in the 2024-25 academic year.

Daly was a member of the field hockey team at Assumption University in Worcester, Mass., helping the team win the Northeast-10 Conference championship in 2021 and advance to the NCAA Division II national semifinals three times (2021, 2022, 2023). In her final season, she led the team with 17 goals and 10 assists for a school-record 44 total points, including five game-winning goals. Daly was selected Third Team All-Conference after the 2023 season.

Before starting at Regis, Daly spent the 2024 spring semester as an educational assistant at Ahern Middle School in Foxborough, Mass., assisting the lead teacher in managing classroom activities and maintaining an organized, safe, and inclusive learning environment. In addition, she prepared and distributed classroom materials, including handouts, assignments, and assessments.

Daly completed her bachelor's degree in human services and rehabilitation at Assumption University in May 2023.
