Pride Represented on All-GNAC Awards

WINTHROP, Mass. – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) announced its 2023 Field Hockey All-Conference Team and major award winners on Wednesday afternoon. The Regis College field hockey program was honored with multiple All-GNAC awards from the conference league office.

Junior Frankie Alley (Gardner, Mass.) was recognized All-Conference Third Team after finishing the season with 13 goals and eight assists. She appeared and starting in all 18 games. Alley broke a 20-year-old school record this season for most assists in a single season. This record was previously set in 2003 by Kimberly Luciani.

Sophomore midfielder Ava Costello (North Easton, Mass.) was named to the GNAC All-Sportsmanship Team representing Regis. Costello started and played in all 18 games this season, had three assists, accumulating three points total. This is the second consecutive year she has been named to the GNAC Field Hockey All-Sportsmanship Team.

The Regis College women's field hockey team completed the 2023 season with a 5-13-0 overall record, including an 5-7 mark within the GNAC.
