Pride Field Hockey to Host Wednesday Night Clinics in May

WESTON, Mass. – The Regis College field hockey program will be hosting a series of clinics on Wednesday nights in May for high school girls interested in improving their skills.

Head coach Annie Villare, assistant coach Catherine Peters, and current Regis players will lead clinics on three Wednesdays in May: May 8, May 15, and May 22. These clinics will take place at Regis Stadium from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. each night.

The attendees will receive elite instruction by the Regis College coaching staff as they learn new attack and defensive tactics as well as improve their individual stick skills. The first part of each clinic from 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. will feature different stations specific to certain tactics and stick skills, followed by a scrimmage from 7:20 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The clinics are for girls currently in grades nine through 12. The cost is $75 to attend one session, $90 to attend two sessions, and $100 to take part in all three sessions.
