HECK EARNS NECC PLAYER OF THE WEEK AWARD

WESTON, Mass. - Regis College junior Raegan Heck (Phillipston, Mass.) has been named the New England Collegiate Conference Player of the Week in field hockey, it was announced on Monday morning.

Heck played all 140 minutes in goal for the Pride, allowing only three goals in a pair of games this week. Heck made 19 saves and allowed only one goal in a 1-0 setback to Simmons. She followed that up with 10 saves while allowing only a pair of goals in a 2-0 setback to Lasell. For the week, Heck had a 1.50 GAA and .906 save percentage

The Pride return to the field on Tuesday evening when Regis hosts Johnson & Wales University for a 4:00 p.m. showdown against the Wildcats.
