Weston, Mass. - Freshman goalkeeper Raegan Heck (Phillipston, Mass.) has been named NECC Field Hockey Rookie of the Week for her performance against Mount Holyoke this past Saturday.

Heck made her first career start for the Pride, wasting little time in making an impact.  The rookie stopped every shot she faced in regulation time and kept the game scoreless.  Despite a 1-0 overtime loss, Heck had a standout game and finished the day strong with 15 saves.

Heck and the Pride will return to action this afternoon, as the team travels to Framingham State for a 4:00 p.m. non-conference contest with the Rams.
