WESTON, Mass.—Nichols College (5-1, 2-0 TCCC) posted four goals in the first half of its 8-2 defeat of its The Commonwealth Coast Conference opponent Regis College (1-7, 0-2 TCCC) Saturday. Barbara Roy (Springfield, Mass./Cathedral) scored the Bison's first goal, and later assisted on a goal. Regis' Meghan Robohm (North Easton, Mass./Oliver Ames) scored with less than 5:00 minutes remaining in the first half, to post the Pride's only goal of the half.

The Bison's Krista-Jean Forand (Plymouth, Mass./Plymouth South) had a first half high four shots on goal. Regis had an equal number in total shots, with just four being on goal.

Nichols' Elieen Clinton (Londonderry, N.H./Londonderry) posted two goals in the first half. Forand scored the Bison's fifth goal in the second half, with an assist from MaryKate Frodema (Springfield, Mass./Cathedral). Nichols had a first half 15 shots to Regis' five.

Clinton and Jara Barbato (Watertown, Mass./Watertown) added two more goals at 57:30 and 51:02 respectively. Clinton assisted on the Barbato goal. Junior Christine O'Toole (Wareham, Mass./Wareham) contributed Regis' second goal with less than 10 minutes remaining in the game. Torie Pappas (Niantic, Conn./East Lyme) would assist with a cross to O'Toole.
