Thank you for your participation in establishing the next class of worthy inductees to the Regis College Athletics Hall of Fame. 

NOTE: At this time, there are no current plans established to select the next induction class. However, if you choose to complete this form, your nomination will be considered whenever the process begins.

Please include as much information as possible on the candidate you have nominated for the Athletics Hall of Fame by answering the questions below.  Please include supportive information such as statistics and links to backup documentation. Note that all statistics provided will be reviewed by the Regis College Sports Information Department. Filling at least one of the requested additional information fields is required to complete a valid nomination.

CATEGORIES

Student-Athletes: Any alumna or alumnus who actively participated in athletics and brought recognition and honor to Regis College through their outstanding achievements as a student-athlete. In order to be eligible for this award, five years must have passed since the alumna or alumnus' time of graduation.

Team: Any team that has brought recognition and honor to Regis College by its outstanding achievements. In order to be eligible for this award, five years must have passed since the time of the accomplishment.

Team of Distinction: Any team that was instrumental to the growth and further development of the sport at Regis and has brought recognition and honor to the college.

Administrator/Staff: Any staff member of the Regis College Athletics Program. In order to be eligible for this award, the individual must have served as a member of the staff for at least five years and have not been an employee of the college for at least one year.

Special Recognition: Any other individual who does not meet one of the aforementioned categories but has made outstanding contributions to Regis College athletics and has helped bring excellence and distinction to the College and its athletic program.
