Morgan Mercier enters his second year as assistant of athletic administration in 2022-23. He is also an assistant coach with the Regis women's soccer team.

Mercier received the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Faculty/Staff Appreciation Award in April 2022 for his work not just running daily operations at the front desk, but also assisting many teams throughout the year.

Mercier came to Regis after graduating from fellow GNAC school Emmanuel College with a bachelor's degree in business management, concentrating in sports management. Mercier, a two-sport student-athlete for the Saints in soccer and lacrosse, was a finalist for the 2021 GNAC Man of the Year Award. He served as the GNAC’s representative on the NCAA Division III Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and interned at the GNAC office during the Fall 2020 semester. Captain of both Emmanuel soccer and lacrosse in 2020-21, he also interned within the Saint athletics department, assisting with day-to-day operations.
