WESTON, Mass. — Regis College is proud to announce the appointment of Krystal DePaolo as the next Head Women's Lacrosse Coach, bringing more than a decade of coaching excellence, collegiate leadership experience, and a proven record of competitive and academic success to the Pride.

DePaolo joins Regis with a deep and diverse background across high school, club, and NCAA Division III lacrosse, most recently serving as the Varsity Girls Head Lacrosse Coach at Medway High School. During her tenure she led all aspects of the program, fostered a strong and positive team culture, and guided her team to notable achievements, including the 2025 Tri-Valley League Small Team Sportsmanship Award. She also coached Team 4 of the Massachusetts/Rhode Island squad at the 2025 US Lacrosse National Tournament, where her team captured the Green Division Championship.

Under her direction, Medway produced five TVL All-Stars and seven TVL Honorable Mentions, while DePaolo simultaneously served the Eastern Massachusetts lacrosse community as the Tri-Valley League–Small Representative and as a member of the All-American Committee.

Prior to Medway, DePaolo led the Methuen High School Varsity Girls Lacrosse Program. Her leadership propelled Methuen to multiple milestones, including the program's first-ever appearance in the MIAA Tournament and two MVC 2 Championships. She earned MVC Coach of the Year in 2013 and guided numerous athletes to All-Conference and All-Star honors. Her program also received the 2012 MVC 2 Sportsmanship Award, underscoring her commitment to integrity and sportsmanship.

DePaolo brings valuable collegiate coaching experience from her time as Head Women's Lacrosse Coach, Director of Compliance, and Senior Woman Administrator at Dean College (2016–2019). She oversaw all aspects of the NCAA Division III program during its provisional membership, led national recruiting efforts, and cultivated a culture of accountability and growth. Her teams earned multiple academic recognitions, including student-athletes being named to the IWLCA Division III All-Academic Team, USCAA All-Academic Team, NECC All-Academic Team, and the Independent Women's Lacrosse Schools All-Academic Team. She also supervised compliance for 15 varsity sports, advised the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and served as an adjunct faculty member.

Her collegiate coaching background also includes her time as Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at Frostburg State University, where she supported recruiting, academic monitoring, program administration, and goalkeeper development.

Pam Roecker, Regis College Dean of Athletics, expressed her enthusiasm for the hire. "We are thrilled to name Coach Krystal DePaolo as the next Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Regis College. Coach DePaolo is the consummate professional, and it was clear that she has the collegiate playing, head college coaching and club lacrosse experience that we desired. Her passion for the sport, and her vision for the program, were clear and ambitious, which is critical because we have a team in place that is ready to take the challenge. This position will also serve as the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Advisor, and we have every confidence that Coach DePaolo will excel in this role."

DePaolo shared her excitement to begin this next chapter. "I'm honored to join the Regis College community as the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach. I'd like to thank Pam Roecker, Mark Clementeand the search committee for their confidence in me and for the opportunity to guide this program forward. I'm eager to get to work with our student-athletes and raise the standards by fostering a culture of hard work, resilience, passion, and pride as we elevate the program together."

DePaolo holds a Master's in Sports Administration & Leadership from Seattle University and a Bachelor's in Sports Management from Lasell College, where she was a standout defender and earned numerous athletic and academic honors.

Along with leading the women's lacrosse program, DePaolo will serve as the SAAC Advisor. She will assume her role on January 5, 2026 as the Pride prepare for the upcoming season.
