Ashley Wilson joins the Regis College athletic training staff as an assistant athletic trainer starting in the 2024-25 academic year.

Wilson comes to Regis after one year as an assistant athletic trainer at Dean College in Franklin, Mass. She provided athletic training services for football, women’s lacrosse, women’s and men’s volleyball, baseball, softball, and women’s basketball. As part of her duties, Wilson facilitated discussions between coaching staff, local healthcare professionals, and players to establish safe return-to-play, plus she created and instituted mental health protocols and policies.

On her way to completing her Master of Science degree in athletic training at Temple University in May 2023, Wilson did clinical rotations with the Temple football and women's track and field teams as well as at Dean College. In April 2022, she provided medical coverage at the Penn Relays hosted by the University of Pennsylvania.

Wilson attended the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and was a student manager for the UMass Lowell women's basketball team as well as a resident advisor. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology at UMass Lowell in May 2021, plus she minored in Spanish.

Wilson is a licensed and certified athletic trainer (LAT, ATC).
