WINTHROP, Mass. - Regis (Mass.) women's cross country runner Molly Curtin (Brockton, Mass.) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Runner of the Week.

Curtin's Runner of the Week award comes after the senior finished 18th overall in a field of 299 runners at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational on Saturday. Curtin finished with a personal best time of 19:10 in the 5k race.

The stellar performance from Curtin landed the Pride in 16th as a team with 40 teams competing.

Next up for the Curtin and the rest of the Pride, they'll return to the trails at the Codfish Bowl on Saturday morning in Boston. Races are scheduled to get under way at 11:00 a.m.
