WESTON, Mass. – Regis College freshman Andrea O'Hearn (Pelham, N.H.) has been named this week's New England Collegiate Conference women's cross country Rookie of the Week, it was announced Monday afternoon.

O'Hearn had the best finish for the Pride women at the James Earley Invitational finishing in 77th place out of 409 women who ran the 5K race. O'Hearn also set a new personal best with a time of 20:40.95. This is the second time this season she has received NECC Rookie honors.

Regis returns to action this Friday as the Pride travel to Franklin Park to compete in the Saints Invitational hosted by Emmanuel at 4:00 p.m.
