WESTON, Mass. – Regis College women's volleyball has been named the No. 1 seed in the upcoming New England Collegiate Conference Tournament, it was announced on Monday morning. The Pride (22-8) have earned a First Round bye, and will host the Semifinals and Finals on Friday and Saturday.

Regis has qualified for the NECC Tournament for the fourth-straight year, with this being their highest seed ever after going a perfect 8-0 in NECC play. The Pride never dropped a set in conference play, and won 12 of their final 13 matches to close out the year, setting a new program record for wins in a season (22) in the process.

The Crimson and Gold will take on the winner of the No. 4 Daniel Webster College and No. 5 Becker College's First Round matchup scheduled for Tuesday night. The Semifinal match is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on Friday night at Regis, and will be a White Out, with the first 150 fans to attend the match getting a free hat.

Lesley will take on the winner of the No. 3 Newbury College and No. 6 Southern Vermont College First Round match. The Lynx will face either the Nighthawks or Mountaineers at 7:00 p.m. at Regis.

The Championship match is scheduled for Saturday at 2:00 p.m. on the campus of Regis.
