As a Junior:
In 50 games, McCarty made 77 kills of 218 total attacks., 17 serving aces, and 34 digs. With 33 blocking solos and 18 blocking assists, McCarty has the highest percentage of blocks per game.

As a Sophomore:
In 100 games, McCarty contained 152 kills, out of 377 total attacks. Had 13 serving aces, 35 digs, and led the team in blocks with 95, 51 of them being block solos and 44 of them being block assists.

As a Freshman:
In 101 games, McCarty contributed with 169 kills on 500 total attacks. She also had 3 assists, 24 serving aces, 49 digs, and led the team with 132 blocks, 58 of them being block solos and 74 of them being block assists. Was nationally ranked (30th) in blocks.

High School:
Played many sports in high school other than volleyball, such as basketball, indoor and outdoor track & field. She was a part of the all star team 3 times, received the coaches award, most improved player for volleyball. Also received the all-star and coaches award for both indoor and outdoor track & field.

Personal:
Her life goals are to be an elementary school teacher some day, and her favorite baseball team are the Boston Red Sox. McCarty has 2 siblings, Erin and Jennifer…is the daughter of Carolyn and William McCarty. Meghan is a elementary education and liberal studies major.
