WESTON, Mass. - Regis College was unable to overcome a skilled Johnson & Wales offense, losing to the Wildcats, 2-0, Saturday afternoon in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference women's soccer match at Regis Stadium.

The Pride threatened to score twice throughout the match, with their best chance coming off a free kick from the top of the box by Tia Zanardi (Haverhill, Mass.), who put the ball on net and forced Carly McCrumb to make a save for the Wildcats.

Johnson and Wales shot early and often, first scoring in the 30th minute of play when Skyla Landry scored an unassisted goal off a high arching ball which she managed to settle and shoot on net.

Trina Capezza scored the second and final goal of the contest on a give-and-go play with Caroline Wallace, who was credited with the assist.

Regis goalkeeper Cassidy Van Cott (Santa Monica, Calif.) did her best to keep Regis in the match, making 10 saves to keep the Pride within striking distance.
