BRADLEY NAMED PLAYER OF THE WEEK AND NEWBA HONOR ROLL

WESTON, Mass. – Regis College senior guard Janaya Bradley (New Haven, Conn.) has been named the New England Collegiate Conference Player of the Week and to the NEWBA Honor Roll in Women's Basketball it was announced on Monday morning.

Bradley helped lead the Pride to a 2-1 mark in games this week, including a pair of NECC wins. Bradley scored 21 points on 8-of-16 shooting to go with four rebounds, five steals, and three blocks in a 74-63 setback to Western Connecticut State. She followed that up with a career-high 29 points, going 7-for-9 from three, and added six rebounds, three assists, and a pair of steals in a 94-44 win over Bay Path. She wrapped up the week with 12 points, seven rebounds, four assists, and two more steals in a 77-61 win over Newbury. Bradley averaged 20.7 points on 60% shooting, 5.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 3.0 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game.

The Pride return to action on Wednesday, February 13th when Regis welcomes NECC foe Becker College to campus for a 6 p.m. showdown.
