BRADLEY EARNS REGIONAL WEEKLY RECOGNITION

WESTON, Mass. – Regis College junior guard Janaya Bradley (New Haven, Conn.) has been named to the New England Women's Basketball Association (NEWBA) weekly Honor Roll, it was announced on Monday. Bradley helped lead the Pride (12-4, 9-0 NECC) to a perfect 3-0 mark in three games last week.

Bradley averaged 16 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game. She posted 17 points, seven rebounds, and four assists in a 68-53 win over Wheelock. She followed that up with 12 points, seven rebounds, two assists, and three steals in a 61-33 win over Southern Vermont. She wrapped up the week with a career-high 19 points and three blocks in a 70-48 win over Becker.

This season, the junior is averaging career highs in points (10.8 ppg), rebounds (3.3 rpg), and assists (1.9 apg).

Bradley and the Regis College women's basketball team returns to action on Tuesday night when they travel to Daniel Webster College for a 5:00 p.m. NECC contest.
