MCNULT POSTS DOUBLE-DOUBLE IN TCCC VICTORY OVER WENTWORTH

Weston, Mass.—Having shot just over 26 percent (15-of-58) from the field, Regis College (12-7, 6-1 TCCC) defeated its The Commonwealth Coast Conference opponent Wentworth (8-11, 4-3 TCCC) 54-47 Saturday afternoon.

Sarah McNult (Hampstead, N.H.) led all scorers with 15 points, and contributed her first dou lt;script src= "/admin/tinymce/themes/advanced/langs/en.js" type= "text/javascript"> // --> ble-double of the season, snatching 17 rebounds. McNult was 4-of-8 (.500) from the field, and 7-of-10 (.700) from the free-throw line.

Teammate Stephanie Crawford (Rockland, Mass.) was the only Pride member to score double figures. Crawford had 13 points, and was perfect on all seven of her free throw attempts.

Regis struggled as a team from the field, making 15-of-58 shots from the field. For the game Regis was 2-of-18 (.111) from behind the three-point line.

The Pride had its most successful statistic from the free-throw line, where it made 22-of-30 (.733) attempts.

Regis College will travel to Gordon College Feb. 3. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:00 PM.
