As a sophomore: Kara transferred from the University of New Hampshire.  She played in 36 games, with 104 at bats.  She had 19 runs, 36 hits, 8 doubles, 1 home run, 8 RBIs, 4 stolen bases, and had a slugging percentage of .452.  She had 52 put outs, 4 assists, and a fielding percentage of .889.  She was awarded Outstanding Female Sophomore Athlete by the department.

Personal: Kara is a sophomore from Woburn, Massachusetts.  She is the daughter of David and Marilyn Donovan and has one sister, Marissa.  Her life goal is to pursue a successful career in the nursing field.
