James is entering his 4th and 5th season as Assistant Coach for the Women's and Men's Volleyball teams at Regis, respectively. Under Coach Scott Wright's leadership, James helped lead the Women's team to their first NECC Championship in 2014 along with a 2015 NECC Championship appearance on the Men's side.

A member of the Men's inaugural club volleyball team at Regis in 2009, James was a 2 year starter at libero for the Pride during his junior and senior seasons. In 41 career matches for the Pride, James posted 249 digs and helped the Pride to their first win in program history on February 9, 2010.

From 2011-2013, James served as a Resident Director in the Office of Residence Life at Regis. Currently, James serves as the Director of Orientation & Communication Management in the Division of Student Affairs. Studying Communication, James graduated from Regis in 2011 and continued his education by receiving his Master's Degree in Organizational & Professional Communication at Regis in 2013.
