WESTON, Mass. – Regis College freshman right side DJ Lyons (Colorado Springs, Colo.) has been named the New England Collegiate Conference Rookie of the Week in Men's volleyball, it was announced on Monday afternoon.

DJ Lyons played in two matches for the Pride. He recorded 13 kills, a .455 hitting percentage, four service aces and four digs. In the February 13th victory against Lesley, Lyons had five kills; a team-high three service aces and recorded a dig.

The Pride return to the court on Wednesday night when they host NECC foe Endicott at 7:00 p.m.
