REGIS RALLY NOT ENOUGH TO CONTROL BLAZERS

Weston, Mass.—Regis College (5-16, 3-13 NECVA) men’s volleyball lost to the Elms College Blazers 3-0 (30-20, 30-20, 30-17) Wednesday night in the Regis College Athletic Arena. Freshman Thomas Paoletta (Plastow, N.H.) had 11 assists on the night for Regis.

The Pride’s Kevin Prescilla (Lexington, Mass.) had a team-high five kills in his three set appearance. Andrew Carroll (Natick, Mass.) added another three.

Regis put together 16 digs on the night, with freshman Drew Haddon (Nantucket, Mass.) pulling-up three of his own.

The Pride lost an earlier season decision to Elms. Regis will return to the court Thursday, March 25 at 7:00 p.m. when the team travels to Lesley University. Regis almost took a set from Lynx, but lost 31-29 in set two, which would have forced a fourth set.
