Top-Seeded Pride Gearing Up For Another NECC Title Run

WESTON, Mass. – The Regis College men's tennis team once again locked up the No. 1 seed heading into the New England Collegiate Conference Championship Tournament. The Pride (14-6, 8-0 NECC) will host fourth-seeded Mitchell College (2-7, 2-6 NECC) Saturday, April 23 at Regis Courts.

The other semifinal match has third seeded Wheelock College traveling to second seeded Becker College for a 1:00 p.m. match also on Saturday. The two semifinal winners will play for the title Sunday, April 24.

The Pride will be eying its fourth straight title and fourth straight unblemished league season. Regis won both meetings with the Mariners by a 9-0 score and lead the all-time series 7-1.

Regis enters with all the momentum having lost just three sets in conference play this season. They are led by No. 1 singles Chris Harrow and his doubles partner freshman standout Luke Horton who plays at No. 2 singles.
