Michael Haley enters his second year as an assistant coach with the Regis College men's soccer program.

During the 2021 campaign, the team qualified for the GNAC Tournament after posting a 5-5-2 record within the league. 

Haley was a four-year letterwinner for the Merrimack College men's soccer team, appearing in 40 matches, including seven starts, as a defender. He received his first career start during his junior season at Saint Michael's Sept. 12, 2017. In Merrimack's 1-0 victory over Stonehill later that season, he took three shots, including two shots on goal. Haley started six matches during his senior season, collecting four total shots. 

Haley graduated from Merrimack in 2019 with his bachelor's degree in finance and is pursuing his master's degree in strategic sports communication at Regis.
