MEN'S LACROSSE SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED

WESTON, Mass. – Fourth year Head Coach Josh Blumenthal is proud to announce the 2015 game schedule for the Regis College Men's Lacrosse team. This season's schedule will feature eight home games and 13 non-conference opponents. The Pride are looking to build upon last season's 9-8 mark and the programs first appearance in the ECAC Tournament.

The Pride open up the season by traveling to Marcy, N.Y. to square off against SUNY Poly on March 5, 2015, they then travel to Emerson College next on the 7th for a matchup against the Lions. The Crimson & Gold then remain home for the next three straight contests as they welcome Husson to Regis Stadium for the Pride's home opener and the first meeting between the two squads on March 11 at 5:00 p.m. Two days later, Regis hosts Bryn Athyn at 2:00 p.m. and two days after that, the Pride host Wheelock on the 16th at 5:00 p.m.

After the brief homestretch, Regis heads out on the road for four out of the next five contests to close the month of March. On the 18th, the Pride head north to take on the Rivier Raiders at 5:00 p.m., two days later on the 21st, Regis heads back to Weston to square off for the second time in program history against Green Mountain with game-time slated for 2:00 p.m. Then the Crimson & Gold close the month of March on the road by playing three games at Anna Maria (March 24th, 5:00 p.m.), Albertus Magnus (March 26th, 3:00 p.m.) and Johnson & Wales (March 28th, 1:00 p.m.).

Regis plays six games during the month of April with four of them being held at Regis Stadium. After the three game road trip the Pride welcome Salem State for the first time in program history on April 1st at 5:00 p.m. and a week later, on April 8th, Regis hosts their first New England Collegiate Conference matchup against Daniel Webster at 5:00 p.m. On April 12th, the Pride travel to Johnson, Vt. to square off against Johnson State at 3:30 p.m., the Pride are a perfect 3-0 against the Badgers since the programs began their series in 2012. Six days later, Regis heads back to Weston for a conference game against Mitchell on the 18th at 4:00 p.m., two days after the meeting between the Pride and the Mariners, Regis ends their travel by heading to Mass. Maritime on April 20th at 7:00 p.m. The Crimson & Gold end their season on April 25th at 1:00 p.m. against conference foe Becker and hope to avenge last year 6-4 loss in the ECAC Semifinals.
