Harrington joined the Regis College staff after spending two seasons as an Assistant Coach at Wentworth Institute of Technology where he was instrumental in recruiting the starting backcourt for last year's New England ECAC semi-finalist team which finished 17-10.

Prior to Wentworth, Harrington was the Head Coach at Newbury College for two and one-half seasons.  During his tenure, the team enjoyed consecutive seasons of improvement, including the school's inaugural winning season.

Harrington recruited four 1,000 point scorers and built the program that captured the New England ECAC Championship in 2008 with a 21-8 record.

Additionally, Harrington has experience at the professional level having been a Head Coach at the prestigious EuroBasket Summer League in New York City where he led his team to a Silver Medal in 2009.
