Phil Alibrandi, a 2011 Regis College graduate, begins his third year as a member of the Regis College men's basketball coaching staff.

While at Regis, Alibrandi was a four year starter and three year captain for the Pride. He was instrumental in helping to build a successful men's program as the team earned its first ever playoff appearance and ECAC Tournament appearance during the 2011 season. He was also a 2009 All-CCC Third Team selection.

Alibrandi's name is scattered throughout the Regis men's basketball record book as he ranks second all time in points scored (1,006), fifth all time in points per game (9.96), fourth in career field goal percentage (43.7%), fourth in three pointers made (64), fifth in three point field goal percentage (30.9%), fourth in career free throw percentage (70.4%), second all-time in assists (167), fourth in career assists per game (1.65), fifth in blocks (21), and third in career steals (85). Alibrandi is the all-time leading rebounder at the College with 572 and also the career leader in rebounds per game (5.67).

Phil also holds the single game scoring record with 34 points in a game recorded on February 20, 2010 against Anna Maria. Phil also holds the single game mark for rebounds in a game with 17 boards in that same game against Anna Maria.

Phil hails from York, Maine where he played Varsity basketball for four years and was recognized as the 2007 Team MVP, an All-Conference Performer, and member of the McDonald's All-Maine Team.
