WINTHROP, Mass. – Senior Maresa Malcolm (Barrington, N.J.) of the Regis (Mass.) field hockey team has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Goalkeeper of the Week.

Monday marks the fourth time this season that Malcolm has been named GNAC Goalkeeper of the Week. She previously claimed the title on Sept. 5, Oct. 2 and Oct. 9.

Malcolm made a season-high 13 saves against Colby-Sawyer on Wednesday night despite a 2-0 loss. She also made five saves in a loss to Mount Ida for an .857 save percentage on the week. Malcolm concludes her career as the Pride’s all-time leader in career goals-against average at 1.66.

Malcolm and the Pride closed the season this past week with the loss to Mount Ida, narrowly missing a spot in its first GNAC Tournament.
