Elizabeth Cameron joins the Regis cross country and track & field program as an assistant coach starting in the 2023-24 academic year.

Cameron was a member of the Emmanuel College cross country and track & field teams throughout her collegiate career. During the 2021 cross country season, she finished in the top 10 four times, including an eighth place finish at the GNAC Cross Country Championships that earned her Second Team All-GNAC honors, plus she was named team MVP. As a senior in 2022, Cameron became the first Emmanuel competitor since 2017 to win an individual meet. 

As a member of the track and field team, she helped the Saints win the GNAC Women's Indoor Track & Field Championship in 2020 as well as the GNAC Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championship in 2022 and 2023.

A GNAC All-Academic honoree, Cameron received her bachelor's degree in economics from Emmanuel College in 2023.
