Anthony Casparriello completed his second year with the Pride as the assistant sports information director in 2022-23 and received his master's degree in strategic sports communication.

Casparriello, a member of the 2022-23 GNAC Athletic Communications Staff of the Year, enhanced the social media outreach over the past two years and successfully oversaw the statistical output at several home events. He traveled with the Regis softball team and provided support in many ways during Spring Break trips to Florida in 2022 and South Carolina in 2023, and he played a significant role in the creation of gifts for graduating seniors from several teams, including the volleyball and track and field teams.

Graduating from Worcester State University with a bachelor's degree in communication, Casparriello worked under former Regis assistant SID Curtis Fraser in the Lancer sports information office as a student intern, recording statistics as well as posting to Worcester State’s social media accounts and creating game programs, gameday graphics, and videos. A defensive lineman for the Lancer football team, Casparriello received the Joseph R. Mewhiney Scholar-Athlete Football Award, the Rich Korzec Athletic Service Award, and the MASCAC All-Sportsmanship Award.
